Order cancellation

This page explains how to cancel an order with Eastside Discount Nursery and what happens after an order has shipped from our operation at 8423 N Loop Dr, El Paso, TX 79907.

Cancel before shipment

Email contact@eastsidenursery.shop or call +1 915-591-3333 as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and refund the original payment method.

After the order ships

Once a carrier has the package, we generally cannot stop the shipment in transit. You may refuse delivery when the carrier attempts it, or accept the package and start a return under our Refund and returns policy after it arrives (14-day in-store returns at 8423 N Loop Dr, El Paso, TX 79907 for eligible unused items; no restocking fee on eligible returns).

Freight and kit orders

Large greenhouse kits and panel orders sometimes move quickly into fulfillment. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel—earlier notice gives us the best chance to stop the order before it leaves.

Pickup orders

If you arranged pickup at 8423 N Loop Dr, El Paso, TX 79907 and need to cancel before you collect the items, message us at contact@eastsidenursery.shop or +1 915-591-3333. We will cancel and refund uncollected canceled orders according to the payment method used.
