This Refund and Returns Policy explains how Eastside Discount Nursery handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made for fulfillment in the United States. Our return location is 8423 N Loop Dr, El Paso, TX 79907.

Who this policy covers

Returns and exchanges under this policy apply to orders associated with our United States storefront and customers returning products in store at our El Paso nursery. Shipping for new orders remains as described in our Shipping policy (including free U.S. shipping where offered at checkout)—this page covers returns only.

What we accept

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. We also accept exchanges when a different size, model, or accessory better fits your needs, subject to availability.

Condition: new only

Returned or exchanged items must be in new condition—unused, complete with included parts and packaging suitable for resale. Products that have been assembled, installed, or used outdoors generally do not qualify as new.

14-day return window

You have 14 days from the purchase or delivery date (whichever applies to your order documentation) to start a return or exchange in store. After that window, we may not be able to accept the return.

Bring the product in new condition and your receipt or order confirmation. Our team will inspect the item and complete the return or exchange when it meets this policy.

No restocking fee

There is no restocking fee on returns or exchanges accepted under this policy.

Refund timing and method

Once a return is accepted in store, refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Bank or card statement timing after we issue the refund depends on your financial institution.

Defective products

If an item is defective, bring it to the shop within the 14-day window when possible, or contact us first at contact@eastsidenursery.shop or +1 915-591-3333. Photos of the defect help us prepare a replacement or refund under the same rules above.
