Where we ship

Eastside Discount Nursery ships greenhouse kits, cold frames, composters, garden beds, panels, and accessories to destinations within the United States only. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Free shipping

Shipping within the United States is free. At checkout you will see a free shipping method for eligible U.S. destinations—there is no paid shipping rate for standard U.S. delivery on this store.

Handling time

Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days after we receive your payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. During busy periods we still aim to stay within this handling window and will contact you if something delays fulfillment.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery within the United States usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on the carrier and your address. Remote or limited-access destinations may land toward the longer end of that range. Tracking is shared when it becomes available from the carrier.

How an order is packed

We pack accessories and kit components carefully so they travel securely. Multi-carton orders are labeled so you can match pieces on arrival. Keep packaging until you have confirmed everything arrived complete and undamaged.

Greenhouse kits and larger shipments

Large kits and panel packs may ship in multiple cartons or by a method suited to their size. Delivery still falls under free U.S. shipping and the timing windows above. If the carrier needs to schedule a delivery appointment, please keep the phone number on your order reachable.

El Paso–area customers may arrange pickup at our nursery when that option is available at checkout or by prior arrangement. After you order, email contact@eastsidenursery.shop or call +1 915-591-3333 so we can confirm when your items are ready. Bring your order confirmation when you pick up.
